Plymouth Argyle have signed Sheffield Wednesday striker Caolan Lavery on a short-term loan.
The 21-year-old, who has made three substitute appearances for Wednesday in the Championship this season, will stay at Home Park until the New Year.
Plymouth manager John Sheridan told the club's official website: "I've watched him a few times and I've had really good reports on him.
"He scores goals at reserve-team level so hopefully he will come in here, try to get a few starts and get a few goals for us. He's really keen to come and play. I'm very pleased to get him."
Lavery could make his debut for Plymouth in today's League Two clash with Dagenham & Redbridge.
