Southampton boss Mark Hughes has insisted that his team are "totally" focused on overcoming Everton this weekend rather than looking at their final two Premier League matches.
The Saints beat Bournemouth last weekend to boost their hopes of avoiding relegation, but they remain in 18th position in the table ahead of Saturday's clash with Everton.
The south coast outfit will face fellow strugglers Swansea City on May 8 before finishing their campaign at home to the champions Manchester City on May 13, but Hughes has said that his side are solely focusing on the Everton clash.
"The key from our point of view is totally on the next game. That is the only way you can approach it, the correct one. We are able to do that, we focused all our energies last week on the Bournemouth game," Hughes told reporters.
"We got that one out of the way, now clearly all our focus is on getting a positive result against Everton, which won't be easy. Their home form is very good."
Southampton won 4-1 against Everton when the two teams met at St Mary's earlier this season, but they suffered a 3-0 defeat at Goodison Park last term.
