Southampton striker Graziano Pelle has admitted that he misses his homeland, but is "happy" playing in England.
The 30-year-old, who moved to St Mary's from Feyenoord last year, has been in fine form this season, scoring nine goals for the Saints so far.
Pelle's performances have reportedly attracted the eye of Juventus, but the player himself has claimed that he is content with life in the Premier League.
"My contract runs out in one-and-a-half years time," Pelle told reporters. "Italy is a wonderful country and I miss its beauty in general.
"The league was in decline but it is improving at the moment and that's obvious from abroad. It is becoming one of the world's best leagues once again. I'm nostalgic for Italy but I'm happy in England, we'll see what happens."
Pelle is currently on international duty with his national team.
