Juventus head coach Massimiliano Allegri has reportedly made Southampton centre-forward Graziano Pelle one of his main transfer targets.
Seventh-placed Juve have scored 16 goals in their opening 12 matches of the 2015-16 Serie A campaign, while the likes of Roma, Fiorentina and Napoli have found the net 27, 24 and 22 times respectively.
With that in mind and in a bid to boost his goalscoring options, Allegri has identified Italy international Pelle as the ideal addition, according to The Mirror.
The report adds that the Juve boss has been particularly impressed by the 30-year-old's performances this term, during which he has scored nine goals in 17 outings.
Pelle joined Southampton in the summer of 2014 from Feyenoord for £8m.
