Southampton are set to rival Everton and West Ham United for the signature of striker Andre-Pierre Gignac this summer, according to reports.
Gignac is out of contract with Marseille at the end of the season and is understood to want a fresh challenge having refused to sign a new deal with the Ligue 1 club.
The Mirror says that Southampton boss Ronald Koeman hopes to expand his striking options next season, as he expects to lose Jay Rodriguez this summer.
Gignac has scored 14 goals so far this season.
