Southampton are reportedly lining up a deal to sign Hull City defender James Chester.
Saints boss Ronald Koeman has targeted a move for a centre-back after Florin Gardos sustained a long-term injury.
The Dutchman has outlined Chester as one of his top targets to fill the void in the heart of his side's defence, although Hull have placed a £10m valuation on the 26-year-old, reports The Mirror.
Chester joined the Tigers from Manchester United in 2011.
