Southampton have reportedly joined Newcastle United and Swansea City in the race to secure the services of Anderlecht striker Aleksandar Mitrovic.
Saints boss Ronald Koeman is aiming to recruit a striker this summer and has also identified Mexico international Javier Hernandez and Bournemouth's Callum Wilson as potential targets, reports The Mirror.
Mitrovic is the top goalscorer in the Belgian league this season with 20 strikes in all competitions, including Champions League goals against Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund.
The 20-year-old is said to be keen on a move to one of Europe's top leagues, but it is yet to be confirmed whether Anderlecht have received any formal offers for him.
