Southend United have reportedly turned down a seven-figure bid from Queens Park Rangers for goalkeeper Dan Bentley.
The Shrimpers are said to have told QPR that the highly-rated 22-year-old keeper is not for sale this summer.
According to the Daily Mail, QPR saw a bid of £1m rejected by the Essex club, but they could up the offer to nab their man.
Bentley and QPR were at opposite ends of the Football League last season, but after he helped Southend win the League Two playoff final and with Rangers' relegation from the top flight, just one division separates them.
