Dani Carvajal has reportedly been ruled out of Spain's opening Euro 2016 qualifier against Macedonia on Monday evening.
The Real Madrid defender was due to start at right-back in Valencia as La Roja began their qualification for the competition in France.
However, according to reports in Spain, Carvajal suffered a hamstring injury during the final session on Sunday evening and has therefore been ruled out.
It is understood that the 22-year-old could also miss Real Madrid's league clash with defending champions Atletico Madrid this weekend.
