Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Nations League fixtures, including

San Marino vs. Malta (Sunday, 2.00pm)

Malta begin their UEFA Nations League campaign when they travel to San Marino in Group D2 on Sunday afternoon.

The hosts got their group stage off to a losing start, as expected, on Thursday, whilst the visitors were on the receiving end of a defeat themselves when they hosted Venezuela in an international friendly on Wednesday.

We say: San Marino 0-2 Malta

Malta may not be the most impressive of opponents to visit San Marino, and they may struggle on their travels, but it is unlikely that they will slip up here.

The odds are always heavily stacked against the hosts in any occasion, and Sunday's Nations League clash looks unlikely to spring too many surprises here.

Gibraltar vs. N. Macedonia (Sunday, 5.00pm)

Both seeking their first win of the new UEFA Nations League campaign, Gibraltar and Euro 2020 finalists North Macedonia meet at Victoria Stadium on Sunday.

While the hosts were heavily beaten in their opening League C Group 4 contest, their visitors took a point from their first fixture in a group also featuring Georgia and Bulgaria.

We say: Gibraltar 0-2 North Macedonia

Pitched against the lesser lights of football on home soil, Gibraltar often give a good account of themselves and have posted some commendable results in recent times. However, Sunday's opponents represent a step-up in class.

Featuring a sprinkling of players with experience in Europe's top leagues, North Macedonia can score more than once and cruise to victory at the foot of the Rock.

Cyprus vs. N. Ireland (Sunday, 5.00pm)

Cyprus and Northern Ireland square off on Sunday evening looking to bounce back from losing the opening games of their UEFA Nations League campaign.

The nations came up short against Kosovo and Greece respectively, heaping the pressure on both sides ahead of the game at Larnaca.

We say: Cyprus 0-1 Northern Ireland

All things considered, this game will surely only be decided by the odd goal or two. Cyprus will consider themselves to be favourites given that they possess home advantage, but Northern Ireland will be prepared to show more ambition than they did against Greece, potentially leading to a narrow win.

Czech Republic vs. Spain (Sunday, 7.45pm)

Spain will aim to pick up their first win in League A Group 2 of the UEFA Nations League at the second attempt when they travel to the Sinobo Stadium to face the Czech Republic on Sunday night.

The hosts claimed a 2-1 victory over Switzerland in their inaugural battle in the top tier, while La Roja were forced to accept a 1-1 draw with old foes Portugal.

We say: Czech Republic 0-2 Spain

The absence of several star names did not impact the Czech Republic's chances of a positive result on matchday one, but it almost certainly will in a fixture that they have traditionally struggled to get the upper hand in.

Spain are more well-equipped to deal with the tight turnaround given their options in reserve, and we can only back Enrique's side to dent the Czech's momentum with a routine success.

Portugal vs. Switzerland (Sunday, 7.45pm)

Portugal and Switzerland will both endeavour to claim their first wins of the 2022-23 UEFA Nations League at the second attempt during Sunday's League A Group 2 clash at the Estadio Jose Alvalade in Lisbon.

Fernando Santos's side left it late to rescue a 1-1 draw against Spain on matchday one, while the visitors fell to a 2-1 defeat to the Czech Republic.

We say: Portugal 2-0 Switzerland

Ever since the Nations League came about, Switzerland's away day woes have not ceased, and Portugal can deepen the visitors' relegation fears in front of their own fans.

The returns of Ronaldo and Neves to the first XI ought to help the Selecao begin with more bite than they did against Spain, and we do not expect Yakin's side to spring any surprises on Sunday.

Serbia vs. Slovenia (Sunday, 7.45pm)

Both beaten in their opening UEFA Nations League fixture of the new campaign, neighbours Serbia and Slovenia meet at Belgrade's Stadion Rajko Mitic on Sunday.

Pitched together with Nordic nations Sweden and Norway in a competitive League B Group 4, the teams will be eager to taste victory ahead of another two fixtures next week.

We say: Serbia 2-1 Slovenia

A rare home defeat for Serbia last time out may bring about even greater intensity from a talented squad on Sunday, and their individual quality in several key areas should see off the challenge of Group 4 underdogs Slovenia.

The visitors could be set for a challenging campaign in League B and may need to rely on accumulating points back in Ljubljana if they are to avoid relegation.

Sweden vs. Norway (Sunday, 7.45pm)

Victorious on the opening day of the new UEFA Nations League campaign, Nordic neighbours Sweden and Norway now continue a long-standing rivalry in Stockholm on Sunday.

Tied at the top of the early League B Group 4 standings, the two teams will fight it out for the right to go three points clear in pursuit of promotion to Europe's top tier.

We say: Sweden 1-1 Norway

As neither side tends to concede too many goals, and this contest comes early in the Nations League process, there is every chance a low-scoring draw will be the result on Sunday.

Both teams are well versed at holding more technically-gifted nations at bay, so taking the initiative does not always come easily - though Norway's new generation can be impressively fearless on their day.

Kosovo vs. Greece (Sunday, 7.45pm)

Both off to the best possible start in their new UEFA Nations League campaign, Kosovo and Greece meet in Pristina on Sunday, with the chance to move clear at the top of League C Group 2.

While the hosts kicked off with victory in Cyprus, their visitors were 1-0 winners against Northern Ireland and now aim to take another step closer to reaching the competition's second tier.

We say: Kosovo 1-1 Greece

Meetings between these two nations - relatively frequent over the past two years - tend to be closely fought, with Greece dictating the play but their Kosovar counterparts holding out for a point.

With some good recent form and home advantage on their side, the hosts can repeat such a feat once again and stay tied on top of the early group table, before two more games next week - including the return fixture in Volos.

Bulgaria vs. Georgia (Sunday, 7.45pm)

Georgia will be hoping to make it back-to-back wins at the beginning of their UEFA Nations League campaign when they travel to Razgrad to face Bulgaria on Sunday evening.

The visitors picked up a comprehensive win on matchday one in midweek to continue their fine form, whilst the hosts battled to earn a point in their opening game on Thursday.

We say: Bulgaria 1-1 Georgia

Although Georgia find themselves heading to Bulgaria on the back of some fine form in recent months, Sunday's Nations League clash could well prove to be a difficult encounter to come away with a win from.

The hosts are a difficult side to beat on their day, and they will find hope in the 4-1 victory in this fixture during a friendly back in September, but we can see the two nations cancelling each other and taking a share of the points on Sunday.
