Adrian Lopez makes a match-winning contribution on his international debut as Spain defeat Serbia in St. Gallen.

Adrian Lopez marked his international debut by scoring in Spain's 2-0 win over Serbia at in Switzerland.

The 24-year-old Atletico Madrid midfielder, who was a second-half substitute in place of Roberto Soldado, headed home from close range to open the scoring on 64 minutes following a superb cross from Jesus Navas.
