Spain midfielder Thiago has insisted that his team 'will be ready to confront' Albania in Sunday night's 2018 World Cup qualifier away to Gianni De Biasi's side.
Spain, who drew 1-1 with Italy on Thursday night, will enter the clash two points behind Albania in Group G.
Bayern Munich's Thiago is expecting a tough test against the Red and Blacks, but is confident that La Roja have the credentials to secure all three points, which would take them to the top of the section.
"The level of football is so high that anyone may surprise you," Thiago told reporters. "Albania is one of the examples of this progression. [But] we are loyal to our way of playing. We have studied Albania and we are ready to confront them."
Spain opened their qualification campaign with an 8-0 win over Liechtenstein last month.
