The teams looked to be heading into the break on level terms until Jorge Molina struck from close range in first-half injury time.
Sangoy bagged his brace in the 55th minute when Oscar Trejo's free kick dropped to him inside the area.
Sporting held on to wrap up the victory and close the gap on Rayo Vallecano.
