Inter Milan defender Christian Chivu believes that overturning a 3-0 deficit against Tottenham Hotspur could be the rebirth of their faltering season.
The Nerazzurri looked ready to challenge Juventus for the Serie A title before the winter break, but just three wins since the restart sees them 15 points adrift of Antonio Conte's men.
Chivu said that Inter are confident they have what it takes to come from behind at the San Siro tonight.
"We have confidence in what we can do and have to do," Football Italia quotes the Romanian as saying. "Every game is different, with its own story and moments.
"We know we have 90 minutes to play well. We'll try to get a win and go through because it's something that gives you confidence and courage for the upcoming games.
"Should a comeback happen, then it would be something very important for our self-esteem and courage. It would be a great point that we could restart from."
Inter are four points off a Champions League spot.
