Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Brad Friedel has admitted that his side started their Europa League clash with Basel in poor fashion.
Spurs had to overturn a two-goal deficit to draw 2-2 in the first leg, but the America veteran is taking some positives from the game.
"We came back from 2-0 down and we will take encouragement from that but we did not start the game well and the gaffer had words with us at half time," BBC Sport quotes him as saying.
"We've got a lot of quality in our squad and we hope we can go out and get a win out there [in Switzerland]."
Valentin Stocker and Fabian Frei put the Swiss outfit two goals to the good, but Spurs clawed their way back into the contest with Emmanuel Adebayor and Gylfi Sigurdsson finding the net.
