Kyle Walker has been lined up to make his return from injury against Besiktas on Thursday evening.
An abdominal injury has kept the England international on the sidelines since March, but he returned to full training last month to give Mauricio Pochettino a boost.
Spurs boss Pochettino has been forced to rotate players at right-back, with Kyle Naughton, Eric Dier and Vlad Chiriches all being used in the position this season.
According to The Mirror, Spurs will confirm the 24-year-old's inclusion in the squad when the players arrive in Turkey for the game.
Walker has appeared twice for the club's Under-21 side in recent weeks, and he also played 90 minutes in a training ground friendly on the weekend.
