Besiktas have claimed a 1-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur to leapfrog their opponents and finish top of their Europa League group.
The game was only eight minutes old when play was interrupted due to a floodlight failure.
Following a 16-minute delay the teams came back out and Spurs had a decent chance to score when a free kick from Paulinho was headed into the path of Roberto Soldado, who saw his close-range effort saved.
On the half-hour mark Besiktas threatened for the first time, as Olcay Sahan fired just over the bar.
Both teams were struggling to create any clear-cut chances, until Cenk Tosun sent a powerful strike from range onto the crossbar.
Tosun was involved again moments later and he gave Besiktas the lead by slotting in from Sahan's pass across the six-yard box.
Soldado fired wide and Danny Rose saw an effort saved by the keeper as Spurs looked for a response.
It was Besiktas who looked more dangerous, however, and Kerim Frei almost added a second, but after being slipped through on goal, he fired wide of the post.
There was a second floodlight failure in stoppage time, but when the players did return to the pitch Spurs were unable to find an equaliser and had to settle for a second-place finish in Group C.
