Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Victor Wanyama has reportedly stepped up his recovery from a knee injury by returning to training.
The 26-year-old has been on the sidelines since August, when he suffered the blow during a training session.
Wanyama has not played since Spurs were on the losing end of a 2-1 scoreline against Chelsea in the first month of the season.
According to the London Evening Standard, the Kenya international is edging closer to full fitness as he took part in a section of Monday's training drills.
Mauricio Pochettino's team sit sixth in the Premier League table, 18 points adrift of leaders Manchester City.
