Tottenham Hotspur defender Jan Vertonghen has urged his teammates to keep their cool during tonight's League Cup semi-final second leg at Sheffield United.
Spurs travel to Bramall Lane with a narrow 1-0 lead following last week's first leg at White Hart Lane.
However, Sheffield United have made a habit of causing upsets in cup competitions in recent years, and Vertonghen admits that the Blades are more than capable of doing just that to his side.
"Sheffield United were good at White Hart Lane. They played very compact and they did well against us," he told the club's official website. "That game was good for us. We knew how strong they were and now we know what we have to do to beat them.
"We have to be switched on from the first minute to the 95th, maybe even 120. We have to be fully focused and that's clear if we want to go to Wembley."
The winner of the tie will face Chelsea in the League Cup final at Wembley Stadium in March.
