Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas has revealed that he is impressed by Aston Villa counterpart Paul Lambert as their sides prepare to meet in the Capital One Cup.
Spurs make the trip to Villa Park in the third round of the competition tonight (Tuesday).
"They have some wonderfully gifted footballers coming through, still learning, and that's why I value Paul Lambert's work even more," Villas-Boas is quoted as saying by BBC Sport.
"The amount of players he has brought through is something remarkable, with results too."
Tottenham are bidding to win the tournament for the first time since 2008, while Villa last tasted success in 1996.
