Tottenham Hotspur youngster Zeki Fryers has said that he enjoyed playing the full 90 minutes against Monaco's £52m striker Radamel Falcao despite the game ending in defeat for his side.
The Colombian international bagged a brace to help his new team to a 5-2 victory in today's pre-season friendly at the Stade Louis II.
"It was great experience to come up against Falcao and to play 90 minutes, just a shame about the result," Fryers told the club's official website.
"The lads will regroup, work hard in training next week and look forward to Espanyol next Saturday."
The 20-year-old defender arrived at White Hart Lane from Standard Liege in January, six months after leaving Manchester United.
