Tottenham Hotspur defender Younes Kaboul has thanked the club's fans following his return from a serious knee injury.
The 27-year-old made his first appearance in almost a year at the weekend as Spurs drew 1-1 with Espanyol in a pre-season friendly at White Hart Lane.
"It felt very good and I want to say a big thanks to the Spurs fans," Kaboul told the club's official website. "They've supported me for a year now and what they've done for me is incredible.
"Their support inspires me, gives me more strength and power. Now I want to give them something back this season."
Tottenham start the new Premier League season on Sunday with a trip to Crystal Palace.
