Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has hailed the resilience of the team following their late victory at Swansea City.
Spurs got back to winning ways in the Premier League on Sunday as Christian Eriksen's 90th-minute strike saw them claim a 2-1 triumph in South Wales.
With the side having struggled for form in recent weeks, Kane believes that their fighting spirit shone through at the Liberty Stadium.
"It was tough – they created some good chances but we defended well and hung in there, played for the entire 90 minutes and managed to score just before the end, which was a great feeling," he told the club's official website.
"We've got great character in the team and we've shown it away from home. We're digging deep when we have to and we're getting results that we want. We're delighted with the three points."
Kane opened the scoring for Tottenham against Swansea to take his tally for the season to 11 goals.
