Ryan Mason has admitted that Tottenham Hotspur will have to be clinical if they are to take points from Manchester City on Sunday afternoon.
A Sergio Aguero-inspired City recorded a 4-1 victory in the reverse fixture back in October, and Mason believes that events at the Etihad Stadium on that day underlined how important it is to take chances against Manuel Pellegrini's side.
"When we went up to their place we had a penalty at 2-1 and the game could have changed. Goals change games after all but, unfortunately for us, they went up the other end and scored themselves a couple of minutes later," the midfielder told the club's website.
"We're at home now and hopefully we can get a positive result, we just need to be a bit more clinical.
"If we get the opportunities on Sunday, we need to be clinical in front of goal and be solid at the back at all times."
Spurs currently occupy sixth spot with four games remaining in the season.
