Tottenham Hotspur defender Michael Dawson has resumed full training with the first team.
The 28-year-old has been sidelined since November after he underwent surgery for an Achilles injury that he picked up during his side's 5-1 defeat to Manchester City.
"It's been a tough time. I'm a footballer and I want to be out there training, not stuck in the gym recovering from injury. As I've said all along, you tend to take it all for granted when you are fit," he told the club's official website.
"I came through the session okay, everything's fine and I can't wait for the next step, being back out there playing again."
Spurs travel to Swansea City in the Premier League on Saturday.
