Sunderland manager Martin O'Neill has urged his team to "go for it" when Tottenham Hotspur travel to the Stadium of Light this afternoon.
O'Neill, whose side were battling relegation when he took charge in December, has led Sunderland to ninth place in the Premier League. However, the former Celtic boss has told his side that nothing is certain with seven games to go.
"We're in a good position because we've staved off relegation," he told the club's official website.
"Now we've done that, we might as well go forward, throw off the shackles and go for it.
"There is pressure no matter what the game is. We're still hovering around eighth or ninth, but we could finish 15th. From that viewpoint it's important."
Meanwhile, defender Michael Turner believes that Tottenham are "a good bet" to finish in the top four.
