Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has praised the "great spirit" shown by his players in their dramatic victory against West Ham United.
Eric Dier's calm finish in the dying stages at Upton Park secured a 1-0 victory for Spurs, who played an hour with 10 men following Kyle Naughton's red card.
"Kyle's early sending off was difficult for us, but we played like a team and believed in our ability," Pochettino is quoted as saying by talkSPORT.
"It's just our philosophy, our style. Our mentality is to always remain an attacking side, we will try to win every game, no matter if we have 11 or ten men on the pitch.
"We needed to stay positive and I'm very pleased with the players. They showed great spirit and they showed we are a team, which is important."
Tottenham are back in action next Sunday when they host Queens Park Rangers.
