Italy coach Cesare Prandelli has reportedly indicated that he would be prepared to take charge of Tottenham Hotspur next season.
It is widely expected that the 56-year-old will vacate his role with the Azzurri following the conclusion of their World Cup campaign this summer.
Although no contact has been made, largely because Tim Sherwood was given an 18-month contract to replace Andre Villas-Boas at the White Hart Lane helm in December, Prandelli has a positive relationship with Tottenham's technical director Franco Baldini, which could pave the way for him to take the job, according to the London Evening Standard.
The report added that the Netherlands coach Louis van Gaal is also under consideration from the Tottenham board.
