Former Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp believes that winger Gareth Bale will reach the heights of La Liga stars Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Barcelona star and Real Madrid maestro are currently deemed the world's best two players but Redknapp, who coached Bale before getting sacked from White Hart Lane in the summer, is confident that the Welshman will one day be considered in the same category.
"He's an amazing, amazing talent and he's after the Ronaldos and Messis of this world and he's getting better and better," BBC Sport quotes Redknapp as saying,
"He's almost unplayable when he's on his game. He is a genuine world-class player. There's nobody he couldn't play for. He'd improve any team."
Bale received recognition for his Wales performance against Scotland last week, where he clinched the winner in their 2014 World Cup qualifying clash.
