The Football Association will reportedly have to pay £10m in compensation to make Harry Redknapp the next manager of England.
The 65-year-old current Tottenham Hotspur boss has been widely tipped to take over from Fabio Capello, who resigned from his position with the Three Lions in February.
However, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy will demand a double figure fee before he considers allowing Redknapp to leave White Hart Lane, according to The Times.
Reports have suggested that the FA may make their approach for Redknapp's services as early as next week.
