Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Sandro is reportedly close to returning to the first team following over two months out with a calf injury.
The Brazilian has not featured for the North London outfit since Andre Villas-Boas's final game in charge on December 15, which resulted in a 5-0 thrashing at the hands of Liverpool.
After numerous setbacks, Sandro is poised to return to action after coming through a practice match last week, according to the London Evening Standard.
While he did not feature in Tottenham's 1-0 defeat to Norwich City on Sunday, Sandro may play a role in the club's Europa League second leg against Dnipro on Thursday.
