Tottenham Hotspur full-back Kyle Walker has withdrawn from the England squad through injury.

The 22-year-old was unable to feature during a training session earlier today and instead did some work in the gym at St George's Park.

While the extent of his complaint has not been revealed, he is believed to have picked it up during Tottenham's end-of-season friendly against the Jamaican national team last week.

It is not yet known if manager Roy Hodgson will select a replacement for the upcoming encounters against the Republic of Ireland and Brazil.
