The striker netted twice midway through the first half to put the visitors in control at the break.
The 18-year-old then nodded in on the hour before Alex Pritchard converted with 18 minutes left to play to cap an impressive night for the English side.
Barca pulled one goal back in the 88th minute through Brian Olivan, but it was mere consolation for the Spaniards.
