How Leicester could line up against Tottenham

Leicester City will again be without the services of key centre-back Jonny Evans for this weekend's key Premier League encounter with Tottenham Hotspur.

The Foxes, who are currently fifth in the table, level on points with fourth-placed Liverpool, have not been able to recover Evans, who is struggling to overcome a troublesome foot problem.

Cengiz Under, James Justin and Harvey Barnes are also unavailable for selection through injury, but the FA Cup winners did not pick up any fresh issues in the 2-1 loss to Chelsea on Tuesday night.

There are not expected to be any surprises in the home side's XI for this match, with Timothy Castagne likely to get the nod as a third centre-back, allowing Luke Thomas to feature as a wing-back once again.

Marc Albrighton could drop out of the starting XI for Ricardo Pereira, though, and there is also expected to be a change in the final third, with Kelechi Iheanacho coming in for Ayoze Perez.

Leicester continue to monitor the fitness of James Maddison, but the importance of this match means that the Englishman is expected to be in the starting XI.

Youri Tielemans and Wilfred Ndidi have both been excellent for the top-four hopefuls this season, and the pair will continue their partnership in the middle of the park.

Leicester possible starting lineup: Schmeichel; Castagne, Fofana, Soyuncu; Pereira, Ndidi, Tielemans, Thomas; Maddison; Iheanacho, Vardy
