Barcelona have reportedly offered defenders Samuel Umtiti and Nelson Semedo to Tottenham Hotspur as part of a bid for French midfielder Tanguy Ndombele.
Spurs broke their transfer record to sign Ndombele from Lyon last summer, but the 23-year-old has struggled to make his mark in London, scoring just twice in 27 appearances.
Barca have recently been credited with an interest in the France international, and according to Sky Sports News, the Spanish champions are prepared to part with two defenders to sign the powerful midfielder.
The report claims that Umtiti and Semedo have been offered to Jose Mourinho's side, who will allegedly be unable to sign Arthur from the Catalan giants this summer despite holding a firm interest.
Umtiti's persistent knee problems has seen the Frenchman fall behind Clement Lenglet in the pecking order at Camp Nou, while Semedo's future has also recently been called into question.
Spurs are believed to be in the market for both a right-back and centre-back during this summer's transfer window as they prepare to undergo a rebuild.
