Inter Milan have reportedly emerged as the favourites to sign Tottenham Hotspur attacker Christian Eriksen.
The Denmark international will see his Spurs contract expire in June and is widely expected to leave Jose Mourinho's side on a free transfer at the end of the 2019-20 campaign.
Manchester United and Real Madrid have both been strongly linked with the attacker, who has contributed three goals and three assists in 23 appearances at club level this term.
However, according to Danish publication Ekstra Bladet, Eriksen is closing in on a switch to Inter, who are currently top of Serie A under the leadership of Antonio Conte.
The report claims that the Italian giants could attempt to agree a cut-price deal with Tottenham this month, although the former Ajax playmaker could instead arrive on a free transfer ahead of the 2020-21 season.
The 27-year-old has made exactly 300 appearances for Spurs in all competitions.
