Erik Lamela 'nearing Tottenham Hotspur exit'

:Headline: Erik Lamela 'nearing Tottenham Hotspur exit':
Tottenham Hotspur attacking midfielder Erik Lamela is eyeing up a return to Serie A this summer, according to a report.
Sports Mole

Erik Lamela is reportedly eager to leave Tottenham Hotspur at the end of the season in order to return to Italy.

The Argentina international spent two seasons in Serie A with Roma prior to joining Spurs for £26m in August 2013.

Lamela's Tottenham career has never truly taken off, and Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla has claimed that the attacking midfielder is now close to leaving.

Pedulla suggests that Napoli is the favoured next destination for the 29-year-old, who will have just a year to run on his contract come the summer.

However, the Partenopei would possibly have to offload one of Matteo Politano or Hirving Lozano to make room for Lamela.
