Inter Milan have reportedly offered Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen a four-year deal in order to complete a move to San Siro in January.
The Dane's contract expires in the summer and there are no plans to sign an extension, meaning that he would be able to leave for free in June.
However, a number of clubs, including Inter, have expressed keen interest in doing a deal for the player during the current transfer window.
According to The Guardian, Inter met with his agent, Martin Schoots, to present a four-year contract that they hope will convince Eriksen to join.
The report states that the Serie A side will also offer a fee of £17m in order to secure the 27-year-old's services in this window.
Inter boss Antonio Conte is said to be keen on adding experience to his midfield this winter in an attempt to maintain the club's lead at the top of Serie A.
