Tottenham Hotspur are keeping tabs on Valencia midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia with an eye on a summer transfer, according to a report.
The 24-year-old, who is on loan at the Mestalla from Inter Milan until the end of the campaign, is said to have been identified as a long-term replacement for Mousa Dembele.
Sky Sports News claims that Spurs are keen to bring in a new midfield option in the mould of Dembele, with the Belgian now into the final 18 months of his existing deal in North London.
Kondogbia is understood to be high on their list of targets, having been watched up close during his spell with title-chasing Valencia.
Los Che have the right to buy Kondogbia outright at the end of the campaign, but they may then be tempted to immediately cash in if Tottenham make a big offer.
