Real Madrid are reportedly prepared to hand Tottenham Hotspur an opportunity to re-sign Luka Modric.
While Modric has just started his eighth campaign at the Bernabeu since leaving Spurs, the Croatia international has frequently been linked with an exit since last summer.
Given their alleged interest in Christian Eriksen, El Desmarque claims that Los Blancos are happy to allow the 33-year-old to return to North London in a part-exchange deal.
However, Spurs are currently well stocked for options in the middle of the pitch, potentially leaving any transfer involving the veteran unlikely at this stage.
Nevertheless, with less than a year left on Eriksen's contract, the Premier League side are keen to ensure that they do not lose one of their key men on a free transfer at the end of the season.
