Milan Skriniar is reportedly ready to turn down a move to Tottenham Hotspur this summer, with the centre-back keen to commit his future to Inter Milan.
The Slovakia international has been strongly linked with Spurs over the last 12 months, and a recent report claimed that he would be available for around €60m (£51.5m) in the current market.
According to Calciomercato, Tottenham's new sporting director Fabio Paratici identified Skriniar as a priority transfer target ahead of the 2021-22 campaign.
However, the report claims that the Slovakian has made it clear that he has no interest in moving to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and wants to instead commit his future to the Italian champions.
The 26-year-old, who has also been linked with Real Madrid, scored three times in 39 appearances for Inter during the 2020-21 season.
Skriniar's existing deal at San Siro is due to expire in June 2023, but the defender could now be in line for an extension despite his side's financial problems. body check tags ::
