Bookmakers have cut the odds on Luka Modric completing a move to Paris Saint-Germain this summer.
The Croatian midfielder has reportedly told his current employers Tottenham Hotspur that he is eager to leave White Hart Lane before the start of the new season.
It is believed that Spanish champions Real Madrid are his first choice, with talks between both clubs said to be ongoing.
However, PSG have also been touted as contenders in recent days. As a result, numerous betting outlets have slashed the odds on the 26-year-old moving to the French capital from 20/1 to 6/1 in the last 24 hours.
Modric decided not to travel with the Spurs squad to the USA for pre-season training in a bid to sort out his future.
