Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has insisted that Harry Kane and Hugo Lloris are "very happy" at White Hart Lane amid suggestions that contract talks for both players have stalled.
Spurs have extended the contracts of a number of key players this season, but it is understood that talks with Kane and Lloris have been more complicated due to their status at the club.
Discussions with Kane are said to have been broken off, but Pochettino is confident that the pair will eventually sign on the dotted line due to their 'happiness' in North London.
"They are very happy here, and we are very happy too. That's the most important thing. There is some rumour that can affect our fans but they should not be worried about things like this because the players want to be here in the long-term," Pochettino told reporters.
"I think they are talking maybe about improve and extend the contract and I think in the future it won't be a problem to do."
Tottenham will attempt to overcome a run of four Premier League games without a win when they welcome London rivals West Ham United to White Hart Lane on Saturday night.
