Queens Park Rangers are said to be considering making an offer for Tottenham Hotspur defender Michael Dawson.
Dawson, 28, who was omitted from Andre Villas-Boas's 18-man squad for Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Newcastle United, has been transfer listed by the White Hart Lane club, according to The Guardian.
Meanwhile, the Daily Mail are reporting that Hoops boss Mark Hughes is in the market for a centre-back this month and has Dawson on his shortlist, along with Barcelona's Andreu Fontas and Kurt Zouma of Saint-Etienne.
Dawson has made 176 Premier League appearances for Spurs, scoring six goals.
