Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot is reportedly not prepared to join Tottenham Hotspur as he feels that the Premier League club are 'below his level'.
Rabiot's mother and agent Veronique Rabiot said earlier this month that the midfielder would not be signing a new contract with PSG, making him a free agent at the end of this season.
Barcelona have been strongly linked with the Frenchman, although the Spanish champions recently denied that they had an agreement in place to sign the versatile midfielder.
Tottenham were also believed to be interested in the 23-year-old, but according to ESPN, Rabiot feels that the Premier League club are unable to match his ambitions when it comes to challenging for trophies.
Rabiot, who famously refused to be on France's standby list for the 2018 World Cup, has made 227 appearances for PSG in all competitions since debuting in 2012.
The midfielder has scored twice in 20 appearances for his French club during the 2018-19 campaign.
