Bayern Munich attacker Leroy Sane is reportedly a transfer target for Real Madrid.
The 26-year-old has been in strong form for his German club during the 2022-23 campaign, scoring 10 goals and registering six assists in 19 appearances in all competitions.
The forward has five goals and three assists in 13 Bundesliga appearances, while he netted four goals and provided two assists in the group stage of the Champions League.
Sane is currently in his third season at Bayern, having made the move to Allianz Arena from Manchester City in the summer of 2020.
The attacker has a contract with the Bundesliga giants until June 2025, but there is currently speculation surrounding his future at the club.
According to Fichajes, Real Madrid are huge admirers of the Germany international and could attempt to bring him to Bernabeu during next summer's transfer window.
Los Blancos are currently well-stocked in the wide areas, but Eden Hazard could potentially leave next year, while Marco Asensio's contract is due to expire at the end of June.
Asensio is expected to be offered the chance to extend his deal at the club, but there remains widespread speculation surrounding his future in the Spanish capital.
Sane's ability to play in a number of different forward positions is believed to make him an even more attractive proposition for Real Madrid at the end of the 2022-23 campaign.
The former Schalke 04 youngster had a successful spell at Man City before making the move to Bayern, scoring 39 goals and contributing 46 assists in 135 appearances for the Citizens.
Meanwhile, he won two Premier League titles, one FA Cup and two EFL Cup crowns in Manchester.
Sane is currently with the Germany squad at the 2022 World Cup, although he has been restricted to just 20 minutes of action at the competition thus far.
Bayern are not allegedly considering a sale at this stage, but a big-money exit for the German could open up space in the budget to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur.
The Bundesliga giants are allegedly preparing to step up their interest in the England captain, having identified him as the ideal replacement for Robert Lewandowski, who left for Barcelona over the summer. body check tags ::
