Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly placed a £6.5m price tag on out-of-favour striker Jermain Defoe.
The 31-year-old has started just one Premier League game since the summer arrival of Roberto Soldado, and has hinted at a move to improve his chances of making England's World Cup squad.
According to The Times, former club West Ham United are among those chasing his signature, with Sam Allardyce known to be searching for another striker in January.
Queens Park Rangers are also said to be interested in the frontman, who has scored seven goals in five games in the Europa League this season.
