Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly preparing to offer Son Heung-min a new contract.
Son only signed a new five-year deal with Tottenham in July, but the 26-year-old's excellent form in recent weeks could see him handed a pay rise this summer.
According to the Daily Mail, Spurs want to reward the South Korean by kicking off talks over a new and improved contract at the end of the 2018-19 campaign.
The report has claimed that Son's weekly wage packet is currently in the region of £110,000 a week, but the new deal could be worth £150,000 a week to put him closer to Dele Alli in the earning stakes.
Son was on the scoresheet in Tottenham's 3-0 win over Borussia Dortmund in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 clash on Wednesday night.
This season, the winger has contributed 16 goals and nine assists in 32 appearances for his Premier League club, including strikes in each of his last three league appearances.
