Tottenham Hotspur have completed the signing of Erik Lamela from Roma on a five-year contract.
The 21-year-old, who scored 15 goals in 33 Serie A games last season, is widely regarded as one of the brightest talents in European football.
The deal, which is believed to be in the region of £30m, has seen the Premier League outfit break their transfer record for the third time this summer following the signings of Paulinho and Roberto Soldado.
The winger is expected to fill the void left by Gareth Bale, who is seemingly close to joining Spanish side Real Madrid, on the left of the Tottenham attack.
