Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly identified Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Matt Doherty as a priority target.
Having allowed Kyle Walker-Peters to sign a permanent deal at Southampton, Spurs boss Jose Mourinho is now keen to use the funds generated from that sale on a new right-back.
According to The Telegraph, that has resulted in the North London outfit expressing an interest in Republic of Ireland international Doherty.
The 28-year-old has just completed a decade at Molineux, contributing 28 goals and 41 assists from 302 appearances in all competitions.
Although Doherty has three years left on his contract, Nuno Espirito Santo is keen on bringing in versatile Arsenal player Ainsley Maitland-Niles as extra competition in the wing-back areas.
The report claims that Wolves are also eyeing up Valencia's Thierry Correia as a potential replacement.
